Olympic Gold Medalist and World Champion Tom Brands takes the basic Cross Wrist Breakdown, one of his favorite moves, and turns it into a devastating pinning hold for your wrestlers to use. Coach Brands begins by showing the proper way to run the cross wrist breakdown how to get into the proper pinning position. Once the opponent is broken down, Brands demonstrates a number of tilts and turns to use depending on the reaction of the opponent. A heavy emphasis is placed on the Turk, hitting the move with both the arms and the legs. Brands closes by showing how to hit the Turk from the standing position off a double leg or high crotch takedown.
